FDR is a great skatepark. It was built by skateboarders for skateboarders and we only wish many other cities in America would follow trend. The locals are all great people and if you skate you should def stop in and skate, meet some killer people and see this amazing park in person!

The best DIY on the East Coast! A carvers paradise. A bucket list park for any transition skater. Too much awesomeness to list. Recomended bringing a broom mop etc. Park maintenance is done by those who skate it. The locals are friendly but suffer no fools. Be respectful. Parking can be an issue during Eagles games

FDR skatepark is a fantastic part for people that know how to skate already are for beginners and for professional. My favorite park I go to. Big open skate park to skate in, there is also a little street section, and a half pipe. I think it is suitable for doing photoshoots or some videos... with street style. I got one with my love bike.

Was surprised at how big and beautiful this park was, pics don’t do it justice. Massive bowls, roll-ins, banks, decks, all connected by nice transitions and covered in some really sick street art. Went at dusk and since it doesn’t have lights, there weren’t many people there, but during the day, looks like a great place to hang out in that classic philly skater atmosphere. Unfortunately not many street skate features, but nevertheless, the architects and graffiti artists who built this place did a top tier job at it

This is an incredible skatepark. To think it’s being built and worked on DIY is amazing. They are putting in some awesome new features too!

This place is legendary. Amazing what a community of skaters can do. As I want to say this place is built with VERY little (if any) help from the commonwealth. Also great place to have as a skater, kid, and also parent to have some where for them to go. Also I met one of the contributing builders today and he was awesome to chat with. My son enjoys this place on the daily. Thank you to all who help build and maintain this wonderful place. NOW WE NEED A DIRT TRAIL NEXT DOOR FOR THE DIRT AND BMX BIKES!!! GUESS THEYRE TO LAZY TO BUILD IT?

A piece of skateboard history, and absolutely one of the lumpiest, roughest skateparks in the world. Skate here and you'll appreciate how good the locals really are. If you're not sure where it is just drive the loop around the park and you'll get to it eventually.
